We quickly process the fish to produce a dumpling with a pleasing aroma and texture.

We spend extra time preparing the ingredients for the best flavor.
Cabbages and onions are first chopped into smaller sizes and then, a special machine cuts the vegetables to the proper size for dumplings.
Our process alters each season to maintain a uniform flavor year round.
